Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 15 small red potatoes, peeled
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped
  • half green pepper, chopped
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup veganase
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Peel the skins off potatoes, boil til soft. Place in freezer or fridge til cool. Mix all other ingredients together with taters. Better when it sits overnight.

Optional seasonings include: chili powder, mustard, cumin, and/or tumeric.
