Preheat oven to 350. Wash and scrub potatoes, cut potatoes into French fry strips. Place potatoes in steamer basket and seam over boiling water for 3 minutes. Spread potatoes on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick vegetable coating. Bake potatoes in preheated oven until ends begin to brown, approx. 20 minutes.
