Chocolate Salty Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 package of graham crackers, finely crushed (for clarity, there are 3 packages in an average box of grahams)
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted

Directions

Combine the peanut butter, crushed graham crackers and margarine in a large bowl. Put rolled balls of graham cracker mixture on a greased cookie sheet and place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.

Melt down the chocolate chips in a double boiler or some other device designed to not burn the chocolate. One at a time, roll frozen balls in chocolate and put back on cookie sheet. After coating all the balls, put the cookie sheet back into the freezer until the balls are completely frozen--about one hour. Serve chilled.
